Research Interests

Preliminary data from our lab demonstrate that lamin A forms a complex with nuclear myosin I (NM1) and phosphatidylinositol 4,5-bisphosphate (PIP2). Moreover, the formation of the complex might be modulated by lamin A phosphorylation status. Therefore, I am interested in the detailed characterization of the structure and functions of this novel complex.
