Chronic kidney disease is a very severe illness with numerous complications that shortens life in these patients. Therefore, it is very important to concern the mechanisms of developing chronic kidney damage. Improvement of renal replacement therapy (peritoneal dialysis, hemodialysis and renal transplantation) is a crutial goal in this scientific field. Therefore, I would like to give my scientifical contribution in order to improve new diagnostic and therapeutic optionts in this field. The area of my interest is chronic kidney disease – mineral and bone disorder, early markers of chronic kidney disease. Also, I am very interesred in biomarker of acute / early kidney damage and renal graft rejection mechanisms.
